Terry L. Polistina President and Chief Executive Officer, Russell Hobbs, Inc.
Terry L. Polistina is President and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Hobbs, Inc. Mr. Polistina served as Chief Operating Officer of Applica Incorporated from May 2006 to December 2007 and Chief Financial Officer from January 2001 to December 2007. Mr. Polistina also served as a Senior Vice President of Applica since 1998. Prior thereto, Mr. Polistina held other senior finance positions with Applica. Mr. Polistina also currently serves as a non-executive director of Island Sky Australia Limited, an Australian public company in the water business, and a director of Spectrum Brands, Inc.  Mr. Polistina received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Ivan R. Habibe Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Russell Hobbs, Inc.
Ivan R. Habibe is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Russell Hobbs, Inc. and has served in such capacity since May 2006 and prior thereto held senior finance positions with Applica. Prior to joining Applica in June 2004, Mr. Habibe was a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Habibe graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Accounting. Mr. Habibe is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Lisa R. Carstarphen Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary,
Russell Hobbs, Inc.
Lisa R. Carstarphen is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Russell Hobbs, Inc. Previously, she served in the same function for Applica since May 2005. From April 2000 to May 2005, Ms. Carstarphen served as Vice President – Legal at Applica. Prior to joining Applica, Ms. Carstarphen was a shareholder and a senior associate at Greenberg Traurig, P.A., a national law firm. From September 1995 to January 1998, Ms. Carstarphen served as Vice President, Associate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Capital Bancorp, a bank holding company. Ms. Carstarphen received her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as a member of the law review, and her undergraduate degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami.

Paul J. Harber Vice President and Chief Integration Officer,
Applica Consumer Products, Inc.
Paul J. Harber is Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of Applica Consumer Products, Inc. and is responsible for all merger and acquisition integration. Mr. Harber served as Chief Information Officer of Applica from January 2005 to December 2007 and as Vice President -Strategic Planning from October 2003 to January 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Harber was Vice President of Operations at Norrell Corp. and President of HCI, a consulting company. He also held multiple management roles during the 11 years he was employed at Pepsi Co. in sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Harber began his career at Procter and Gamble after completing a B.S. in Business from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Evanghela Hidalgo President and General Manager — Americas Division,
Applica Consumer Products, Inc.
Evanghela Hidalgo is President and General Manager – Americas Division. Ms. Hidalgo served as Vice President, North American Marketing and General Manager – Latin America since January 2006. Ms. Hidalgo has worked in the small electrical appliances business for over a decade, holding several positions of increasing responsibility within Applica. Ms. Hidalgo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and her undergraduate degree is from “Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey” in Mexico City, Mexico.

Martin J. Burns President and General Manager — Europe Division, Salton Europe Limited
Martin J. Burns is President and General Manager – Europe Division. Mr. Burns served as the Chief Executive Officer of Salton Europe since joining Russell Hobbs in 2001. Mr. Burns previously held senior positions in Glen Dimplex from 1978, most recently being Managing Director of Morphy Richards Appliances Limited and Belling Appliances Limited. Mr. Burns is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queens University, Belfast.

Christopher A Dickens President and General Manager — Australia/New Zealand Division, Salton Australia, Pty. Ltd
Christopher A Dickens is President and General Manager – Australia/New Zealand Division. Mr. Dickens has served as General Manager since 2006 and has held several other senior positions with Salton Australia since 2003. Mr. Dickens has more than ten years experience in the consumer appliance industry, including national positions with Hagemeyer Australia and Kenwood/Dimplex, since 1999.
